The product was a "dud," meaning it didn’t ignite at all from the fuse.

The firework cake did not ignite, or some of the shots failed to launch (not even from the backup fuse).

Other malfunction

Did you notice that the product also has a backup fuse? The instructions state that if the firework cake does not ignite from the primary fuse or if it stops functioning, it can be re-ignited from the backup fuse. If the firework cake has remained dry, it can be reused by lighting the backup fuse.
